"I think this was one of the best car sales experiences I have ever had. I have been buying GM products for 32 years and have met many high pressure sales people. Cindy was very friendly, gracious and never pushed at all. She went out of her way to make sure my questions were answered and made me feel at ease! So many dealers push push and then push the warranties and extras to a point where it turns people off. Not polar. They tell you stuff is available but don't bury you in offers. I had a dealer once push the extended warranty so hard that I asked them if they had any faith in their product!!! The service crew did a great job cleaning and prep'ing the car before we took it home. The followup has been great as well. They don't forget you after you walk out the door.
